QUESTION: How much does this trip cost?

ANSWER: It depends on what options you choose. You are allowed to customize your package with many options like ground transportation, ski or snowboard equipment rental, lift passes, and travel insurance. Packages start at only $611. The estimated average cost of this trip for 4 nights and 5 days is only $1,050. That estimate is based on $300 for airfare, $450 for lodging, $200 for the ALL ACCESS PASS to all events, and $100 for transportation to and from the Denver Airport. All packages include all taxes and resort fees.

QUESTION: What airport do I fly to?

ANSWER: Denver International Airport. Airport code DEN.

QUESTION: Is air fare included in the package? If not, how do I book my air fare?

ANSWER: No. Air fare is not included because people will come to WINTER SOUL FEST from every major city in the United States and the cost of air fare varies from those respective cities. However, we have partnered with VR Travel to provide WINTER SOUL FEST guests with discounted air fare. Check with them before booking your air fare elsewhere. They have contracts with many airlines and will provide discounted air fare to Denver from several major cities across the country. Please contact the Ski Sync Air Desk at VR Travel by calling 1-888-719-8152. The office hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm MST.

QUESTION: How do I get to the resort from the airport?

ANSWER: We have arranged for you to take an airport shuttle bus or a chauffeured SUV. Once you click the blue “BOOK NOW” button at the bottom of the “BOOK NOW” page, it will take you to the registration portal. At the registration portal, you will have the option to add transportation to and from the airport to your package. Or you can rent an SUV from the airport.

QUESTION: How long is the ride to Breckenridge Resort?

ANSWER: The distance from the Denver airport to Breckenridge Ski Resort is 106 miles. It should take no more than 90 minutes. The view along the ride is very scenic so bring your cameras!

QUESTION: If I plan to attend with another person or group, can I pay for the entire group or does each person have to pay individually?

ANSWER: Each person has to pay individually because each person will create his or her own custom package.

QUESTION: If I plan to reserve a 2 bedroom condo (for example) but I only want 2 people to stay in the condo instead of 4 people, how do I reserve the condo?

ANSWER: Each person who plans to stay in the condo needs to make an individual reservation and a deposit for the 2 bedroom condo. On or before December 9th, you will need to pay the balance and select the person that you will share the condo with. At that time, the balance of the 2 bedroom condo will be divided by 2 and the proper portion of the balance will be added to each of your accounts. For example, the individual cost of a 2 bedroom condo for four nights is $448 per person. The total cost including taxes and resort fees is $1792 ($448 x 4 people). So if each of you make a reservation with a $100 deposit (total deposit $200), then a balance of $796 will be added to each of your accounts.

QUESTION: What is the refund policy?

ANSWER: You will receive a refund of 50% for payments made for lodging, transportation, lift passes, and ski or snowboard rentals if cancellation happens more than 30 days before the start date of WINTER SOUL FEST. If you cancel less than 30 days before the start date of WINTER SOUL FEST, you will not receive a refund but you may sell your package to someone else who did not previously buy a package. Cancellations for medical reasons do not alter this policy. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance.
