We are excited that you’ve decided to join us at WINTER SOUL FEST! There are a few more decisions that you need to make before you book your trip.

WHERE WILL YOU STAY?

We have chosen two luxurious and centrally located lodging options for your stay during WINTER SOUL FEST, The Village Hotel and The Mountain Thunder Lodge. The Village hotel offers hotel rooms with a king bed or 2 queen beds and The Mountain Thunder Lodge offers 2 and 3 bedroom condos and townhomes. Both lodging options are significantly discounted for WINTER SOUL FEST guests. THE COST FOR LODGING ON OUR SITE INCLUDES ALL TAXES AND RESORT FEES. The next step is to choose your lodging. THE VILLAGE HOTEL

The Village Hotel is centrally located at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort, just steps from historic Main Street and its many dining and shopping options. Enjoy world-renowned skiing or snowboarding near the town of Breckenridge and discover easy access to 30 lifts serving over 150 trails that make The Village Hotel one of the most convenient places to stay at Breckenridge Resort.

THE MOUNTAIN THUNDER LODGE

Located in heart of the Breckenridge Resort, The Mountain Thunder Lodge features cosmopolitan luxury, in a rustic mountain setting. The Mountain Thunder Lodge is the complete Colorado ski or snow board destination!

NOTE: You will need to pay for your lodging individually. All lodging is based on 2 people per bedroom. For example, if you book a 2 bedroom condo at The Mountain Thunder Lodge, the cost of your lodging will be divided by 4 people and you will need to pay for your portion individually. The other 3 people will have to pay for their portion of the lodging individually. You will select the people that you will share your lodging with you when you make your final payment on or before December 9th, 2011.

WILL YOU SKI, SNOWBOARD, OR JUST HAVE FUN AND ENJOY THE EVENTS?

After you’ve selected you’re lodging, select your transportation and additional items that you want included in your package like ski or snow board rental and lift passes.

AIR TRAVEL

We have partnered with VR Travel to provide WINTER SOUL FEST guests with discounted air fare. Check with them before booking your air fare. They have contracts with many airlines to offer discounted air fare to Denver from several major cities across the country. Please contact the SkiSync Air Desk at VR Travel by calling 1-888-719-8152. The office hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm MST.
